United States Identity Preserved Alliance Board of Directors Questionnaire

The United States Identity Preserved Alliance (USIP Alliance), formerly known as SSGA, is seeking qualified candidates to run for election to fill three open seats on the Board of Directors. Its mission is to build, grow and sustain a reliable supply chain that ensures integrity of the end product, with a commitment to quality, stewardship and innovation.​

Qualifications to run for election:

  • Candidate must be a Premium Member of the USIP Alliance (or an employee, producer or designated representative of a Premium Member).
  • Candidate must agree to serve a 3-year term.

Election Process:

  • Candidates must submit the form below by Friday, Feb. 20
  • All qualifying candidates’ names and biographies will be distributed to membership by early March.
  • Election will be held during the annual meeting by voting members (Full and Premium Memberships qualify as voting members) in attendance. One vote per member.
  • Board members are elected to serve a 3-year term with a limit of 3 consecutive terms.

Board Member Expectations:

  • Provide leadership representative of the identity preserved agriculture industry and supply chain and support the USIP Alliance mission to be the national voice of the industry.
  • Serve as volunteer with some reimbursable expenses. 
  • Attend board meetings regularly and participate with their ideas and commitment of time to improve and grow the organization. 

The annual meeting will be held April 7 in Chicago.
